On this episode we talk to Blue Man Group performing director and film maker Jeffrey Doornbos on his new company Alpha Rat Productions. George Griffith and Jeffrey Doornbos started Alpha Rat Productions as a platform to create and distribute film and video projects. After several successful collaborations in New York City, George decided to take it to the West Coast, while Jeffrey stayed in New York to work with Blue Man Group as a performer & director. Now they both live in Los Angeles, and have joined forces once again. On this episode, we talk to 13 year old child fiddling prodigy, Ruby Jane Smith, who has shared the stage with the likes of Willie Nelson, Big and Rich, Marty Stuart, Rhonda Vincent and many more. Ruby Jane has even been the youngest fiddler ever invited on the Grand Ole Opry stage. Special thanks to Mike Dowler for arranging this interview. On this episode, Joe runs the controls solo while John is away on a mini-vacation to Chicago and opens up the phone lines for some live phone-ins from Bounce Radio listeners world wide. Megastar Live DVD/CD nears launch, and BMG to close Oberhausen venue. On this episode we discuss the future release of the Megastar CD/DVD combo and hopes of an HD release, as well as talks of the development of the new BML web site. We talk to Paul Fix, (dawghse) about the new Blood Orange album and feature two tracks from the upcoming album "Conspirinoia." The returning episode of Switchback, now in radio show format.
